Welcome to FantasyPath. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our fantasy sports platform, website, and mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using FantasyPath, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Platform.

1. Age Requirement and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use FantasyPath. By using our Platform, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. We reserve the right to verify your age and identity at any time. If we discover that you are under 18, we will immediately terminate your account and delete your personal information.

2. Account Registration and Security

To participate in fantasy contests, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breaches
• Ensuring your account information remains accurate and up-to-date

You may not share your account, use multiple accounts, or allow others to access your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these provisions.

3. Fantasy Sports Contests

FantasyPath provides fantasy basketball contests where you can build lineups and compete based on real player performance. Contest rules include:

• You must submit your lineup before the contest lock time
• Lineups cannot be modified after the contest locks
• Points are awarded based on actual player statistics as outlined in our Point System
• We reserve the right to cancel or modify contests due to unforeseen circumstances
• Contest results are determined by our scoring system and are final

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any local, state, national, or international laws or regulations
• Engage in fraudulent activity, cheating, or manipulation of contests
• Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to access the Platform
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute Platform content without permission

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension, termination, and legal action.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on FantasyPath, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and data compilations, is the property of FantasyPath or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from Platform content
• Use our trademarks, logos, or branding without written permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any Platform software
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices

6. Third-Party Content and Services

Our Platform may display real-time sports statistics and data from third-party providers. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party content. Your use of third-party services linked from our Platform is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms and conditions.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
• Guarantees of uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free service
• Accuracy or reliability of content, scores, or statistics

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FANTASYPATH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or opportunity.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FantasyPath, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your conduct in connection with the Platform

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Failure to meet age requirements
• Any other reason at our sole discretion

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution provisions.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting updated Terms on the Platform and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which FantasyPath operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules, except where prohibited by law.

12. Geographic Restrictions

Fantasy sports contests may not be available in all jurisdictions. You are responsible for ensuring that your participation complies with local laws and regulations. We reserve the right to restrict access to the Platform based on geographic location.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional contest rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and FantasyPath regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
